An aquatic aerobics class for cardiovascular and overall health. Using aquatic resistance equipment, this class will increase your muscle strength, burn calories, and increase cardiovascular efficiency. Duration: 45 minutes
A unique aquatic class using intervals and movements designed to get the nervous system and muscles firing on all cylinders.Fluid movements are performed at high speeds with long recovery intervals so that each is performed with power. This class consists of sprints across the pool using movements in multiple planes, as well as high speed boxing-like upper body movements. This class helps combat aging, improve power, speed, and function. Duration: 45 minutes
A special class dedicated to strengthening the body, using the body. Participate in functional exercises without weights, incorporating slow and controlled movements to increase force production and dynamic stabilization. Duration: 45 minutes
A class on meditation and mindfulness. Participants will focus on breathing, and easing tension throughout the mind and body. Calming sounds and aromatherapy accompany a 20-minute commitment to peacefulness and wellbeing. Duration: 45 minutes
Chair exercise combining stretching, light cardio, and breathing. It is a total body workout using chairs, bands and and light weights for focussed on improved strength, joint health, and good posture. Duration: 45 minutes
A unique cycling class dedicated to keeping high-spinning RPMs.The class will involve intervals with quick muscle contractions of varying durations, but with low amounts of resistance. This class is dedicated to activating your nervous systems and muscles at your maximal speed. Duration: 45 minutes
Party for good health and wellbeing. Line up with a row of friends and participate in choreographed dance moves that progress from simple to challenging. This fun class with lively music improves neurological and neuromuscular function. Duration: 45 minutes
Enjoy a group walk designed to progressively improve your cardiovascular and overall health. The first phase is designed to gradually increase duration and distance traveled over time. The subsequent phase is designed to increase walking speed, and the final phase adds resistance for greater fitness and bone health. Duration: 45 minutes
A boot camp-style course aimed at fostering agility and mobility. Navigate around obstacles and work on coordinated movements, using cones, bands, and taped marks on the ground. This course improves function, balance and movement confidence. Duration: 45 minutes
“Prehab.” movements, including posture-specific exercises to fight off neck and shoulder pain, and retaliate against a kyphotic spine. These light and focussed exercises add strength and endurance to the muscles that help keep your body erect and tall. Duration: 45 minutes
A form of yoga using specialized props and cushions to prevent the loss of balance.The class is designed to boost emotional, mental, and physical relaxation by emphasizing meditation, breathing, and muscle lengthening. A great method to improve joint health and function. Duration: 75 minutes
An upper body conditioning class with boxing gloves and no bag. Fight the demons with shadow boxing, while helping your body remember how to move in multiple directions and various speeds. This is a innovative, interval-style class to help improve you muscular endurance, core-strength, and posture; effects that will carry over to improve your mind and total body. Duration: 30 minutes
A traditional form of body movement using a self-defense and calisthenics technique, while moving with grace and purpose.The progressive movements in this class enhance strength and blood flow using the synergy of mind, body, and spirit. Duration: 30 minutes
